How Rviewo reviews work
Quilly, our AI assistant, guides you through a short conversation about your experience. Reviews are scored for quality, and ones that fail our trust checks are excluded.
What is the R Score? The R Score is Rviewo's weighted reputation score, not a simple average. Recent reviews count more, detailed reviews count more, and so do reviews from a signed-in or email-confirmed reviewer. Reviews from customers whose device places them at the business count more too, and flagged reviews are excluded. While a business has only a few Rviewo reviews their part of the score is held back, so a handful of early reviews can't swing it. The score also blends in the public Google rating, and Rviewo reviews carry more of it as they arrive. This business has no Rviewo reviews yet, so its score is derived from the Google rating shown above rather than from feedback we collected. How Rviewo reviews work →
