TrustPrint is the verification level assigned to each review submission. It has four levels: Verified (GPS location confirmed at the business address at the moment of submission), Confirmed (visit confirmed but not GPS-locked), Unverified (no location confirmation), and Flagged (excluded from scoring entirely). Verified reviews carry a weight boost in the R Score calculation; flagged reviews are excluded. The level reflects how strongly Rviewo can confirm the reviewer was actually at the business.
What is the Quality Score (1–100) on each review?
Each Rviewo review carries a 1–100 Quality Score assigned by Quilly's AI during the review conversation. It reflects the quality of that specific review as a piece of feedback — how much detail the reviewer provided, the sentiment expressed, and how much effort they put into answering Quilly's questions. This is separate from the R Score: the Quality Score rates the review itself as a feedback artifact, while the R Score uses all Quality Scores (weighted by SignalGrade, TrustPrint, and recency) to produce the business's overall reputation number.

The Avg Quality Score is the simple unweighted average of the individual Quality Scores (1–100) across all public Rviewo reviews for that business. The R Score is the right number to judge business reputation; the Avg Quality Score tells you how thoroughly customers described their experience.
Does the R Score incorporate a business's Google reputation?

Can a business fake its Rviewo reviews?
