Frequently asked questions

Is this against Google's review policies?

Rviewo's routing is fully compliant with Google's review policies. Google prohibits soliciting only positive reviews and suppressing negative ones — which is why our system routes ALL feedback through Quilly first, and only directs the customer to Google after they've expressed a positive experience. We don't offer incentives for leaving a Google review specifically, and we don't remove or alter reviews.

Can Rviewo help me get reviews on platforms other than Google?

Yes. Review routing can be configured for Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook, and other platforms in addition to Google. Most businesses prioritize Google since it directly affects local search ranking, but multi-platform routing is available on Growth and Pro plans.

What if a 4-star customer still doesn't leave a review after being prompted?

That's normal — conversion is never 100%. Rviewo's routing is a prompt, not a requirement. If the customer declines, their feedback is still captured privately. You can also configure a follow-up SMS reminder (Growth+ plans) that goes out 24 hours later if no review was submitted.

How quickly will I see my Google review count increase?

Do I need to connect my Google Business Profile?
