Customers interact with Quilly through a quick conversational chat — not a static form. They can access it by scanning a QR code at your location, clicking a link you send via SMS, or visiting your Rviewo storefront page. The whole conversation takes under 60 seconds and works on any phone with no app or account required.
No. Rviewo is fully compliant with Google's review policies. Google prohibits businesses from only asking happy customers for reviews (review gating) or suppressing negative ones. Rviewo routes ALL feedback through Quilly first — every customer goes through the same conversation regardless of their experience. Only customers who express a positive rating are then invited to share on Google. We never incentivize Google reviews specifically, and we never remove or alter submitted reviews.
